Majabra : graphic design and web sites

Cool Tool
Check it out. A stamp with our logo. Pretty inexpensive, super fast to arrive and hours of fun so far. Anna found customizable ones at The Stamp Maker. It’s a neat way to embellish envelopes packages and such if you happen to be a letterhead-commitment-phobe. Like moi. I plan to go get some cool paper and fancy ink
pads at paper-source.com
New Digs
Well, it’s really not pretty. Yet. But a new space means the opportunity for a very cool before-and-after. So consider this the ‘before’. Just don’t expect to see the ‘After’ for a while– the move has my head spinning.
…on the iPad
The site looks the same on this iPad at the apple store, but the experience of interacting with it via touch only is quite different. Definitely something to think about as we develop future sites for majabra, and clients.
…We Have Logo
It actually took longer to produce this logo than to bear a child. Still, consider it a work-in-progress. This is a scan of the taped-together, white-out and ballpoint-enhanced drawing that we vectorized.
We love our clients!

Here’s a peek at our clients’ gift this year: a trendy yet classic Moleskeine to take to meetings with a Majabra pen. We had fun designing the perfect package to say “thanks for being so awesome”!

The elves have been busy

We will never forget the look on the postal worker’s face when we came through the door with 2 towering piles of these red boxes! I think she wanted to turn and run for the break room.

Logo Revisions

Why is it so hard to brand one’s own company, or oneself? These are the sketches for the ‘hat’ concept. They were not magical. Try, try again…
